Private Yoga Sessions in Evansville & Online
Sometimes the most powerful healing happens one-on-one.
I offer private yoga both in-person in Evansville, Indiana, and virtually via Zoom, so you can practice from wherever you feel most comfortable.
At Life Renewal Yoga, private yoga sessions aren’t simply personalized yoga classes—they are true yoga therapy sessions. Every practice I design draws from the rich tradition of yoga therapy, addressing your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic layers. This means your sessions are much more than exercise: they are a targeted, holistic approach to healing, balance, and personal transformation.

Why Choose Private Yoga?
The beauty of private sessions is the focus: you. Together, we’ll create a practice based on the principles of yoga therapy that supports your unique goals, whether that’s easing pain, improving sleep, regaining strength after an injury, managing stress and anxiety, or simply having a quiet space to reconnect with yourself.
These sessions are especially beneficial if you’re:
- Recovering from an injury or illness
- Living with chronic pain, fatigue, or tension
- Working through grief, trauma, or a major life transition
- Struggling with sleep, digestion, or emotional overwhelm
- Wanting to deepen your practice with guidance tailored to your needs
In a private yoga therapy setting, I can offer more than just poses. We might explore breathwork (prāṇāyāma), mindfulness, chanting, or philosophy—depending on what feels most supportive and appropriate for you. Everything I share comes from the tradition of viniyoga, which means the tools of yoga are adapted for you, not the other way around.
What to Expect
Your first session begins with a conversation. I want to understand how you’re feeling, what you’re hoping for, and what’s going on in your body and life. From there, I’ll guide you through a gentle and intentional practice that addresses your goals in a holistic way. You’ll leave with a sense of grounding, clarity, and often, deep relief.
Private yoga therapy sessions are typically 60 minutes and can be booked individually or as part of an ongoing series. Many clients find the most benefit through regular sessions and a custom daily practice designed for them.
You Don’t Have to Be Flexible to Start
I hear this all the time: “I’m not flexible enough to do yoga.” But yoga isn’t about flexibility—it’s about connection. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Whether you’re working with limitations, injuries, or are just feeling disconnected from your body, I’ll help you build a practice that is stable, comfortable, and doable.
